Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Travel: 10% domestic travel based on need


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team up with other HR colleagues and Leadership to deliver best in class HR support.
  • Analyze compensation reviews, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations.
  • Establish strong working relationships with managers and employees at all offices.
  • Conduct employee investigations when necessary and escalate as appropriate.
  • Facilitate the performance review process, guiding managers on performance improvement and professional development plans.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Identify proactive opportunities to disseminate HR best practices.
  • Partner with managers and Corporate HR-Learning and Development to identify development opportunities and training programs.
  • Develop and distribute reports for HR projects or functions with consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct exit interviews and perform analysis to determine trends in attrition.
  • Support and facilitate exceptional employee experiences with onboarding and orientation of new hires.


Skills, Experience, and Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience as a generalist or BP with a focus on employee relations, investigations, understanding EEO laws, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal laws, including depth in CA employment law.
  • Experience in an enterprise environment supporting a large employee population.
  • Exceptional business acumen, including experience with diverse populations and all levels of leadership.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to deliver on competing priorities.
  • Ability to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and own your area of expertise.
