Factory Management Expert


Location: Illinois / Mexico (Travel Required)

Duration: 3 Months, with potential extension to 6 Months or longer

Start Date: End of April


We are on the hunt for an exceptional Factory Management Expert to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes at multiple locations (Illinois and Mexico). This role is a critical component of our operations, ensuring efficiency and problem resolution.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between our company and manufacturing partners.
  • Regularly travel to and work on-site at various factory locations to monitor and optimize production processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency while being hands-on to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing practices align with our company's standards and goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and factory management, particularly in a consulting capacity.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time or at least 50% on-site presence in the factories.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving issues promptly and ensuring that production aligns with company objectives.
  • Excellent communication and execution skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
