At Mint Home, we overhauled the entire process of purchasing and installing an HVAC system. Starting with an online first experience, our customer can easily input basic information about their home to receive instant quotes. We use AI to recommend the best systems for each home using easy-to-understand terms and offering savings customers can relate to.

We also use technology to streamline the entire installation process and pass the savings on to the consumer. Our software keeps customers updated with every installation step until it’s seamlessly completed.


Overview:

As a Sales Specialist your primary responsibility is to drive the conversion of inbound leads into satisfied customers while ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience throughout their journey. This involves you leveraging your sales acumen to effectively communicate the value proposition of Mint Home, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. Beyond sales, you play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support to enhance the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Effectively address homeowner needs and provide tailored solutions for their HVAC requirements
  • Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the value proposition and making the experience simple and easy for the homeowners
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences and to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle
  • Assist customers in navigating consumer financing options to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, then effectively communicate insights to management to facilitate continuous improvement in services and overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a CRM with accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and information
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)
  • At least 2 years proven track record of success in B2C sales in a similar space (e.g., HVAC, solar, mortgage, etc.)
  • Highly self-motivated capable of thriving while working independently
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and company leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of HVAC preferred
