Essential Functions:

·       Responsible for screening, recruiting, telephone interviewing, qualifying, and assisting in selecting applicants for driving positions.

·       Review driver candidate applications for job fit and compliance.

·       Conduct telephone interviews to evaluate potential placement.

·       Ensure positive candidate experience through customer service, timely communication, and respond effectively to candidate’s needs.

·       Become highly knowledgeable in all pay packages and effectively communicate with prospective candidates.

·       Manage administration and preparation to hire and onboard candidates.

·       Perform other related duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Experience and Key Competencies:

·       High school degree or equivalency

·       Must be self-motivated and sales/goal oriented.

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Knowledge of Windows based software, including Microsoft Office, along with ability to learn new technologies.

·       Ability to manage confidential information.

·       Good judgement, decision making abilities, and attention to detail.

·       Independently contribute to team performance goals without compromising quality or service
