Job Overview:
Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LCMHC).

This position requires licensure by the appropriate North Carolina State Board. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating, and counseling adult, child, and adolescent patients. Duties also involve conducting psycho-social evaluations and comprehensive clinical assessments. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Candidates must be computer literate and possess strong writing skills with proper grammar usage.

The current service population includes clients with Mental Health and Substance Abuse needs. Services are delivered through a person-centered approach utilizing intensive, time-limited, and goal-specific interventions.

The practice utilizes an electronic health record (EHR) system (Practice Fusion), so applicants must be comfortable and proficient in using this technology. Daily documentation of service notes in the EHR is required for billing purposes.

While we prefer candidates who are already credentialed with major insurance providers such as Medicaid, LME, and BCBS, this is not a requirement. For those not yet credentialed, assistance will be available for the qualified candidate.

Applicants must provide verification of state licensure and maintain liability insurance. We have 2 positions open - one that is a salaried position with a negotiable starting salary based on experience and a contract position with a compensation structure of 70/30 or 65/35 depending on contact hours. Contractors have the flexibility to set their own hours and manager their schedules.
