Real Estate Administrative Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic personality to join our team of “go-getters”. This role will serve as direct support to the Team Leader Amy Burakovsky. In addition to supporting Amy, there will be a heavy emphasis on administrative tasks with a great deal of client interaction. Role and Responsibilities

  • Incoming Leads Checklist: Enter new clients into CRM: Brivity, GSMLS, Constant contact, OH lists into Brivity
  • Lead follow up, management, and nurture
  • Email Management
  • Amy’s Calendar Management
  • Amy’s appointments: manage setting and confirming with clients and agents
  • Postcards & Farming, quarterly postcard, market updates, snail mail
  • Listings: Listing set up, schedule & attend photoshoot, MLS listing input, Constant Contact Email Blast, KW Email blast, Property Website, order sign post, update and drop off marketing material, order marketing material
  • Manage all transactions from contract to close and attend appts as needed
  • Document control: Listing Paperwork and MLS PPW submittal, Transaction Management, Writing offers, and Submitting Closing PPW to KW
  • Closings: Manage Closing Checklist
  • Referral gift drop offs
  • Events email and calls
  • Maintain and update vendors list
  • Maintain Buyer Packets and Listing Presentations (update as needed)


Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • NJ Real-estate license (current or willing to get within first 90 Days)
  • Real Estate experience preferred but not required
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
