POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Founder and CEO and our Chief Real Estate Officer are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to be a shared right-hand person. This role isn't just about managing calendars and emails—it's about being a strategic partner, ensuring our CEO and CREO’s time is optimized, and supporting the mission of our nonprofit to create generational wealth in underrepresented communities.

This position will most often be in person in Milburn, New Jersey. Expected days in office are 3-4 days per week.   

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* 

 

CEO Support

  • Calendar Management: Meticulously manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring she is always in the right place at the right time and has time for travel and thinking. 
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, proofread, and manage communications as needed.
  • Systems Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, from expense reports to billing to Asana to buying client gifts, ensuring the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly.


Executive Support

  • Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO and other members of the team.
  • Project Management: Oversee and execute special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Calendar Management: provide scheduling and calendar management for a few additional team members (TBD)
 

General Administrative

  • Office management: Manage office supplies and ensure office is in order

  1. Experience required:
  • 2 years of full-time executive assistant or comparable experience, preferably in a high growth environment
 

COMPENSATION
This role has a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000. Compensation for this role will depend on experience, demonstrated performance on core competencies, and internal equity alignment. PS WRX offers a comprehensive benefits plan (through JustWorks, a PEO), including an employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance plan.
