You will not just be part of a job but participate in a meaningful mission, working alongside passionate and dedicated professionals to create a positive change in society.

Job Summary:

As Senior Compensation Analyst, you'll play a pivotal part in crafting and implementing compensation programs throughout the non-profit organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and governmental regulations. This mission-critical role also navigates managing positions and maintaining our innovative HRIS compensation structure, including harnessing software such as MarketPay.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and supervise salary programs, including the creation of merit, reward, recognition, and incentive programs to meaningfully support our dedicated staff.
  2. Conduct thorough compensation and performance review data analytics and provide insightful recommendations based on your findings.
  3. Collaborate closely with management on compensation matters, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  4. Prudently assess salary recommendations, make necessary adjustments, and evaluate their broader organizational impact.
  5. Inform and guide the VP of Human Resources on executive-level compensation matters.
  6. Conduct insightful research on compensation and benefits trends within comparable non-profit sectors, advocating for competitive and equitable packages.
  7. Represent our voice in salary surveys to ensure our data is accurately represented in market pricing surveys and trend analysis.
  8. Partner with the HR Manager to develop generous and thoughtful severance packages.
  9. Oversee compliance with annual minimum wage analysis requirements and lead the communication and implementation process.
  10. Closely watch legislation to anticipate its impact on our compensation programs.
  11. Develop and deliver organization-wide communication and training on compensation topics, using various platforms to ensure an engaged and informed workforce.

Position Management:

You'll be a guarding force, ensuring all job descriptions accurately reflect the responsibilities of each position. Through careful examination, you'll determine job classification and set competitive compensation ranges, all while managing job codes within the HRIS system.

System and Reporting:

Hone your skills on the UKG HRIS system and advocate for necessary changes within the compensation system. You'll have the chance to show your analytical prowess by monitoring trends and crafting detailed auditing reports.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, complemented by a minimum of three years in a compensation role. An agile outlook with previous experience with analytical tools, such as intermediate excel and HRIS. Unwavering ethical standards paired with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

This enticing opportunity offers both a competitive salary range, between $75,000 to $80,000 based on qualifications, and a comprehensive benefits package. With the flexibility of a hybrid work model, enjoy the balance of 3-4 remote work days per week once trained. Join our client's team and contribute to a non-profit committed to making a significant, tangible difference. Your passion for your work will be matched by the passion and dedication of your colleagues, making every day meaningful and rewarding.
