Role Description

We are currently seeking a Wellness Clinic Office Assistant to join our team in Bloomington, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks and assisting with patient care. Tasks include managing patient records, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries from patients, and providing excellent loving customer service to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care. This is an on-site role that offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and other members of the team
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work
  • Must love people and kids as we see a large pediatric population
