Product Marketing Manager IntePros is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to support the execution and scaling of global marketing initiatives for digital products. This role is focused on driving roadmap execution, tracking performance across global channels, and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure new features and products are successfully launched and optimized. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Program Management Partner with global stakeholders to ensure products and initiatives are progressing as planned. Lead and participate in recurring team meetings, including weekly meetings with the music team. Build strong cross-functional relationships and manage competing priorities across teams. Roadmap Execution & Channel Management Track and manage progress across global channels, ensuring roadmap commitments are executed. Monitor channel health and performance metrics on a monthly basis. Support ongoing experimentation and roadmap evolution to improve outcomes. Data, Insights & Optimization Use data and metrics to evaluate performance and generate actionable insights. Track key success metrics and recommend improvements based on results. Leverage Excel or Tableau to analyze data, create reports, and inform decision-making. Typical Day in the Role ~30% stakeholder meetings and alignment, including international collaboration ~40% tracking progress across global channels ~20-30% roadmap planning, experimentation, and optimization Ongoing metric tracking, team meetings, and execution oversight Skills & Experience Required 4-6 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in product marketing. Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Strong ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decisions and improvements. Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, charts, pivot tables). High attention to detail across business and technical domains. Ability to work autonomously and proactively drive roadmaps and insights. Experience influencing and collaborating with other marketing teams. Background at established technology companies is preferred. Leadership Attributes Earns Trust through strong relationship-building and collaboration. Bias for Action in driving initiatives forward.
