Product Marketing Manager

Our client, an online real estate marketing marketplace, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for a remote, 6-month contract. Previous experience working in Real Estate will be prioritized. US-based candidates will only be considered at this time. Will be working closely with the marketing, product development, business operation teams, and sales teams to advance client's value propositions for key Listing Marketing products and further develop the roadmap that identifies industry difficulties, competitive offerings, product fit and go-to-market strategies. Responsible for an innovative premium listing to help agents stand out, and an interactive virtual tour and floor plan product. In this role you will be a key member of the marketing team passionate about growing both new and existing products. Develop a deep understanding of how our professional agent partners can use our consumer-facing products to stand out and grow their business. Use research and metrics to build detailed value propositions that will influence and refine how marketing products show up to consumers and the impactful messages to get Agent customers to purchase the products. Partner with product teams to build the roadmap and a strategy that brings those products to market in new and effective ways. Partner with the operations team to guide the pricing and packaging options for different products. Coordinate the feedback loop with Sales team to iterate on the customer needs, concerns, and key motivations from input on the ground Be responsible for crucial business goals that contribute to growth. Work hand in hand with the Field marketing specialist to optimize enablement materials for sales and customer success teams. Collaborate with growth marketing teams to help craft messaging, working together to identify assets and strategies that will effectively communicate a product's value. Be the spokesperson for products internally, capturing support among the rest of the organization and pushing initiatives forward Minimum Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B products from inception to launch. Experience in Real Estate industry with an understanding of the different segments and players Proven ability to develop clear and cohesive value propositions and positioning to drive customer acquisition, utilization, and retention. Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous situations, building feedback loops across product, sales, and business operations. Strong research skills, capable of deriving deep insights from both qualitative and quantitative data. Excellent project management and communication skills, able to influence decisions through compelling data and cross-functional relationships. Adaptable and customer-centric, with a strategic, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced technology environment. About the team The team is on a mission to rewire the real estate transaction. This team is passionate about driving advertising products, including products that help agents grow their prospecting pool, expand their ability to win new business, and help their brand stand out. The Product Marketing and Field Marketing team builds the core value propositions of our products, influences the product roadmap and pricing decisions for our agent customers, and enables the sales teams through relevant content, training, and tools to support product and program readiness of our field teams. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $75-$85 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
