Job Overview:

This is what you'll need:

Ability to work and communicate with cross functional teams in different locations

Minimum of 5+ years software program management experience

Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology/business

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support SAP Analysts: Assist both functional and technical SAP teams by ensuring that the necessary systems functionality is delivered as per project requirements.
  2. Manage Timelines: Generate, integrate, and oversee all program-related timelines, ensuring they align with the overall project schedule.
  3. Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with different teams to identify and resolve issues, facilitating smooth execution of tasks.
  4. Workstream Roadmaps: Translate workstreams into detailed product and feature roadmaps, ensuring every team is clear about what they need to deliver at all times.
  5. Meetings & Processes: Define and manage processes, organizing regular meetings to track progress and maintain momentum.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and elevate issues and risks immediately to ensure they are mitigated before they impact the overall program.

Key Requirements:

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration: The ability to effectively work with and communicate across teams located in different locations.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of software program management experience, which includes managing large-scale projects, preferably involving enterprise systems like SAP.
  3. Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technology, or business.
  4. Technical Skills: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) to manage tasks, create presentations, and document processes.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas effectively, lead discussions, and ensure clarity across teams.

This role demands a strategic, hands-on project manager with experience in software systems and the ability to coordinate and streamline workstreams to meet the needs of a large-scale, complex project.
