What will your day look like? As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, partnering with end-users and stakeholders to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Offer expert technical support and guidance to business analysts, assisting them in making informed technical decisions and solving critical problems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions that support organizational strategies.
  • Assess, recommend, and implement system upgrades, software installations, and technology enhancements to streamline operations and boost productivity.
  • Create and update comprehensive technical documentation, such as system configurations, procedural guides, and troubleshooting manuals, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry best practices, and trends to propose cutting-edge solutions for evolving business needs.
  • Oversee system performance, conduct regular assessments, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to implement and maintain technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards, ensuring systems meet compliance and security requirements.
  • Perform detailed data analysis and mapping activities to support various system integration projects across the organization.


You will be a good fit as a Senior Technical Analyst if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Over 7 years of experience in technical analysis, with a preference for experience in senior or leadership roles.
  • Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, or CISSP.
  • Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing technical projects from concept to completion.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to evolving technologies and changing business needs.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments.
  • Highly skilled in analyzing and resolving complex technical problems, delivering targeted and effective solutions.
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages, including Java, C++, and Python, with a strong background in software development frameworks and methodologies.
  • Expertise in database management and advanced SQL query writing for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
  • Comprehensive understanding of system administration, network configurations, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Extensive experience in data mapping and API integration to facilitate seamless data flow across applications.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven project management capabilities, adept at juggling priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Extensive experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing high-quality user support with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Skilled in leveraging cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure, with hands-on experience in virtualization and containerization technologies.
  • Well-versed in ITIL frameworks, with a solid understanding of IT service management principles.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team engagement.
