Star Ship Express seeks a dynamic and motivated Business Development Ambassador (BDA) to join our team to promote and sell our products and services B2B. The ideal Intrapreneur will excel in a cold-call sales environment, exhibiting strong persuasion, resilience, and assertiveness. This role requires engaging potential customers over the phone and in person, handling rejections, and maintaining high motivation levels. Lucrative performance bonuses and commission plans.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively contact a monthly minimum of 400 potential B2B customers through cold calling, virtual meetings, one-to-many in-person engagements, and any other communication channels.
  • Present ideas and products compellingly to persuade potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to drive sales growth.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally and continue to engage with leads.
  • Adapt quickly to different customer responses and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools and other resources efficiently to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Embrace changing priorities and strategies.
  • Be willing to take risks and fail forward.


Requirements:


  • Must be able to work remotely or onsite without continuous and direct supervision.
  • Must be a natural self-starter.
  • Must generate your own leads.
  • Must be technically proficient to understand and support customer branding needs.
  • Must be able to travel to and attend weekday (weekends as needed) day or evening business events in the local area to generate sales and sales leads.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in cold calling or outbound sales and building a book of business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  • High level of resilience and assertiveness.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools..
