Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with system configurations, software installations, and updates.
  • Oversee user account administration and security settings.
  • Lead hardware setups, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience.
  • LAN/WAN network experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) are a plus.
