Job Description: Client Services Account Manager
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Services Account Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and overseeing all aspects of their accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Account Oversight:
- Monitor and manage the financial aspects of client accounts, including invoicing, payments, and budget tracking.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and products to meet client expectations.
- Review and analyze account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, and operations) to develop strategies for client retention and growth.
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products to clients.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and issues for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions.
- Problem Solving and Escalation:
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders while maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
