Role Description

This is a full-time role for a District Manager of Self Storage Operations at Newcoast Real Estate in Evanston, IL. The ideal fit will be flexible in traveling to sites on an as-needed basis and working in an office setting in Evanston, IL. The District Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day property operations
  • Recruiting, motivating, and managing property management teams to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Budgeting asset level revenue and expenses
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly in a professional manner
  • Ensuring best-in-class operations by keeping a pulse on emerging technology and identifying opportunities to maximize profitability and improve the customer experience
  •  Enforce all company policies and procedures


Qualifications

  • Mid or Senior level experience managing self-storage assets and teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Customer Service excellence
  • Proven track record in successfully managing self-storage or related facilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field experience
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
