This person will play a key role in implementing our digital marketing and website strategy through an exciting time in our evolution and take a hands-on role in crafting the future of our business.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop the digital marketing strategy and plans to deliver on business unit lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Implement and manage website updates within WordPress.
  • Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO to improve organic search engine performance.
  • Strategize and develop all outbound marketing campaigns, including email marketing and other digital campaigns targeted to prospects and clients by business segment; develop strategy, write copy in alignment with brand objectives, develop e-mail designs and graphics, manage lists and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with marketing peers to develop and optimize social media presence.
  • Create and present digital marketing analytics dashboard that a non-specialist audience can understand and forecast future success. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing and improving campaign performance,
  • Manage agency, vendor, and freelancer relationships.
  • Be the thought leader and evangelist for digital marketing at Invetech, Drive best practices and an innovative environment throughout the organization to create an optimal customer experience and deliver on business objectives.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience working for B2B company or marketing services agency, with both strategic and hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience working within CMS platforms (including WordPress), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), SalesForce CRM, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate within the team and cross functionally.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
