Description

We are hiring a Customer Vertical Marketing Manager for Steelcase‘s Healthcare vertical market. This highly skilled and motivated individual will lead a team of marketers to be the go-to experts regarding trends, challenges, and opportunities in serving clients in the Healthcare vertical market.

  • Strong desire to make an impact through your contributions to the team and you are a collaborative leader who can inspire and develop a team while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor‘s Degree and experience in Marketing, Sales or Health Related Field
  • Advanced analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Advanced proficiency in market research, trend analysis, financial analysis, and strategic planning
  • Ability to learn Steelcase‘s go-to-market strategies and strong linkages to Sales, Marketing and Channel Development functions with a solid understanding of the sales process
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Graduate degree (MBA) preferred or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years in or supporting the healthcare industry
  • Prior formal leadership experience

  • You will seek out expertise from industry experts, customers, key stakeholders, and data to develop insights and perspectives that provide Steelcase the clarity needed to play to win.
  • You will use that clarity to educate, advocate, and lead in a way that gives our Healthcare customers and stakeholders a voice within Steelcase.
  • Creating the marketing strategy, plans, and actions to achieve strategic growth and profitability targets for this vertical market.
  • Inform and provide input to the overall vertical market go-to-market strategy and processes.
  • Leverage your expertise and thought leadership to support the sales process and drive profitable growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of industry professionals and stakeholders and conduct market research to become the go-to expert in the healthcare vertical market.
  • Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to develop insights that meet client and stakeholder needs and achieve the company‘s goals and objectives.
  • Use market-centric insights to set the visionary direction and inform strategic decision-making for the healthcare vertical marketing team.
  • Use insights from understanding the healthcare vertical market and the company‘s goals and objectives to develop and implement comprehensive customer-centric marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare customer vertical market.
  • Use insights from understanding the vertical market to inform product roadmap recommendations, go-to market process improvements, and collaborate closely to maintain and enhance the company‘s brand image within the healthcare industry.
  • Plan, manage, and measure the performance of marketing campaigns that promote our solutions to key stakeholders. Develop compelling marketing content that effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with Steelcase.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth. You will support the sales teams with tools, resources, and insights that effectively support the sales process.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals to foster a collaborative and higher-performing work environment.
