We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Finance/Controller with a strong background in long-term healthcare finance to join our client's team in Greenwich. This is a critical role that will oversee the financial operations and provide strategic financial leadership during a transitional period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Manage and develop the finance team
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare finance regulations and reporting requirements
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Oversee cash flow management and forecasting

Qualifications:
