Here's How You'll Make a Big Impact

Provide clinical oversight, program management, parent training and BT support to assigned caseload.
Serve as the direct supervisor for RBTs for clinical, administrative, and overall support.

Conduct initial and ongoing assessment of clients and produce treatment plan reports per funder guidelines to include recommendations for treatment and supervision hours.

Collaborate with the Client Services Team to provide clinical recommendations based on the needs of the client and provide clinically appropriate solutions.

Maintain CEUs necessary to supervise RBT and BCBA candidates and grow expertise in job related tasks including but not limited to early intervention/early childhood development, NDBI, ABA techniques and strategies, supervision, and parent education.

Meet productivity requirements through an interactive process of managing and reviewing forecasting against actuals as it pertains to the Client Care Optimization pyramid.

Maintain accurate documentation of billable tasks that meet the requirements of regulatory agencies and funding sources and is HIPAA compliant.

Our Clinical Managers - BCBAs are passionate about improving the way services are provided to children and their families.

They are a part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians who provide individualized behavioral and therapeutic early intervention support services in the home, school, and community settings.

Our BCBAs are ambassadors of clinical excellence leading clinical teams and coordinating implementation of the highest standards of clinical care for every client.

Requirements:

Want to Join Us? This Is What You Need:

BCBA certification (BCBA-D also considered) and program management experience required at time of hire. Required to maintain active BCBA certification status.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience using ABA intervention techniques incorporating discrete trials, verbal behavior, play, natural environment teaching, and incidental teaching.

Familiarity with early childhood development and ABA techniques designed for EI populations including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) such as PRT and ESDM required.

Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to respond to urgent needs.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion pertaining to the work environment, company and client information.
Ability to appropriately interpret and implement policies, procedures and regulations of Opya; training will be provided.
Ability to consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support others to learn new skills, through clear communication and BST practices.

Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of general office equipment and systems including phones, computer/word processing software, email, Google docs, etc.

Punctual, reliable and committed to long-term employment
Effective written, hearing and verbal communication using the primary language within the workplace (English)

Understanding of current best practices in providing and billing for ABA treatment

Working conditions


Employees in this position work in a dynamic environment that requires sensitivity to change and the ability to respond to changing goals, priorities and needs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

Physical requirements

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is:

Regularly required to speak, listen and drive to and from service locations when clinically recommended or required
Frequently required to bend, crouch, feel, grasp, handle, hear, kneel, lift, use mental & visual acuity, push, pull, reach, use repetitive motions, squat, stand, stoop, twist and walk
Occasionally required to sit and maintain close visual attention; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; lift, carry, load, unload and/or move up to 50 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The employee may be required to physically implement behavior management strategies including responding to physically aggressive behavior.
