The Channel Finance Manager will lead the Channel financial planning and analysis function for Lacrosse Unlimited.

You will lead the Channel processes for budgeting, forecasting, quota setting & driving team management and reporting of actual financial results to ensure timely, accurate and relevant financial information is available for business decision-making.

You will partner with the Senior Management Team and other members of the business team to drive accountability for financial results, manage financial risks and opportunities across the channels, and provide financial leadership to help the channel meet or exceed its financial objectives.

The successful candidate will help understand the business performance and drive execution by presenting a clear, concise analysis and accurate summarization of the channel financial results in comparison to budget, prior forecast, and prior year results.

You will develop a comprehensive understanding of all key business drivers, market conditions & opportunitie and their related financial implications that enable the team to deliver insightful, value-added analysis across the channel.

The Channel Finance Manager will provide financial leadership to ensure that spending is managed efficiently and invested properly in support of reaching the channel financial plan.

You will support internal reporting as well as reporting for the Executive Team in the form of actual reviews, forecast reviews and daily/weekly/monthly dashboards.

You will look to continuously improve the systems landscape and financial reporting and analysis processes across the channel.

You will support the channel's strategic planning efforts to develop long range financial plans including both organic and inorganic growth strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience in finance/accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Extensive experience in budgeting & forecasting techniques, financial analysis, and strategic planning is required.

Strong knowledge of general accounting concepts and the ability to understand the links between business operations and the financial statements.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Experience using ERP platforms and other financial reporting systems is required.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to clearly understand challenges and concerns, and develop resolutions is required.

Must be able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.

Exercise high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Results driven and willingness to act as an agent of change.
