Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented, communicative, tech-savvy and creative Travel Director to join our team. In this role, you will not need to generate your own sales leads but instead, will focus on servicing and managing the leads and projects brought in by the agency. The job emphasis will be to maintain a high-level of concierge client care. There will also be some content creation tasks and general support for the Executive Producer.


Responsibilities:

  • Crafting tailored travel proposals
  • Booking luxury hotels, ground transportation, and travel insurance
  • Managing deposits and making final payments with precision
  • Communicating effectively with travel vendors
  • Securing dining, spa, and activity reservations
  • Conducting thorough travel and itinerary research
  • Creating and updating digital itineraries and knowledge libraries
  • Answering client questions promptly and knowledgeably
  • Updating agency documents and guides to maintain accuracy
  • Sending client invoices and agreements accurately
  • Auditing projects for accuracy pre-travel 
  • Creating effective email templates, forms and workflows, with a focus on constantly innovating the client experience. 
  • Crafting content for web and social media to feature travel destinations and the importance of using an advisor
  • General support for, and collaboration with, the Executive Producer



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in the fields of travel planning, customer service, and/or project management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to adapt quickly to urgent situations
  • Tech savvy with experience in programs like Canva, Travefy, CRM (Honeybook), Trello, Zoom, Google Docs, Wix, Loom, Video Editing
  • A knowledge of Europe, cruise and theme park destinations a plus
  • A background in the entertainment industry a plus


Job Type: W2, Part-time, Hourly 


Hours: Starting at 12hr/week with potential increase to 20 hours per week


Salary: Starting at $28.00/hour
