Position:

The Project Coordinator's primary focus will be to support our Project Execution team. This individual will directly report to the Senior Project Manager and support Project Managers, Engineers, and Construction Managers while executing renewable natural gas (RNG) facility projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate project document management system: draft, transmit, and maintain documents such as drawing transmittals, engineering deliverables, requests for information, change orders, as-built documentation etc.

Participate in project update meetings and assist project managers with tracking deliverables, especially critical project documents.

Assist with the review of change orders, transmittals, requests for information, and other project documents.

Track project deliverables, monitor percent complete, and prepare progress reports.

Prepare schedule milestone reports and other progress reports for project managers and leaders.

Highlight opportunities and risk; assist project teams with developing plans to take advantage of opportunities and to mitigate risks.

Support project managers as needed with maintaining project schedules.

Provide additional support as required/needed to the Project Execution team.

Requirements:

Five (5) years or more of relevant document management and project planning experience

Four-year relevant bachelor’s degree preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience in various aspects of project documents, drawings, technical deliverables, estimating, planning/scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting/reporting.
