What will your day look like? As a Technical Lead, you will:

  • Inspire team members to follow best practices and maintain and high level of technical excellence, leading by example.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and architects to design technical architecture for the software. Effectively communicate technical information to both non technical and technical stakeholders.
  • Take an active role in development tasks and coding, writing maintainable, clean, efficient code.
  • Conduct code reviews for team members, mentoring junior developers and providing constructive feedback as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during development, providing solutions and guidance to the team. Update and maintain technical documentation.
  • Identify technical issues and risks as early as possible in the development process and take necessary steps to mitigate them.


You will be a good fit as a Technical Lead if you have:

  • 5 plus years of experience in the mobile development space
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Hands on coding skills with the ability to contribute to the development of a project
  • Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
  • Ability to guide and lead a team of developers
  • Proficiency in managing project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Experience leading client relations and project teams
  • Salesforce experience required, Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred
