Position: Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our Partners, managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Your role will be vital in ensuring the office operates smoothly, with all administrative tasks completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Partners by performing a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Enter data, maintain databases, and keep detailed records.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to answer calls and arrange travel.
- Manage both internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Partners.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and send timely reminders.
- Format, proofread, and assemble financial statements with precision.
- Efficiently scan client documents and compile tax returns.
- Copy, scan, and fax documents as required.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Relevant experience is necessary.
- 1-2 years of executive assistant experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Quick to learn and adapt to the firm's computer systems and procedures.
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Pay: $26 - $30 per hour
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, M-F (available for overtime during peak periods)
