Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all organization's payroll functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement payroll processes to improve efficiencies and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HRIS/System Administrator to enhance payroll systems and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of year-end W-2 reconciliation.
  • Resolve escalated payroll inquiries and ensure seamless integration of new acquisitions into the payroll system.
  • Manage payroll audits and ensure SOX compliance.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of payroll specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work with minimal supervision.
