Job Description:

  • Replace ticketed component (HDD, SSD, DIMM, PSU, fan)
  • Receive/send packages for replaced components (RMAs)
  • Assist with regular site maintenance activity (inventory, cleanup, etc.)
  • Escalate complex and/or abnormal issues on site with the DCO team


Skills:

  • Experience with desktop PC and/or datacenter server hardware Intermediate knowledge of linux, shell scripting and regular expressions, git usage Able to lift 50lbs on a daily basis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • 2-5 years of industry experience


Required Skills: Data Center, Servers, Hardware, HDD/SDD, Inventory, Linux, Shell Script.
