The ideal candidate will be skilled in project planning, execution, and team collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
  • Teams include Sales, Engineering, production, supply chain management.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to facilitate communication and address project-related challenges. (Weekly production meetings are held with all cross functional teas)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, allocate resources, and maintain project documentation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future projects.
  • Ensure Sales and Application Engineering define and communicate detailed customer requirements for project (technology, timelines, features, operating parameters, etc.)
  • Ensure design requirements, schedules and costs are confirmed with Product Development and Service Engineering
  • Lead cross -functional internal team to take the project from Sales proposal through deployment using defined project delivery processes
  • Once product(s) ships, handoff project to professional services team to oversee integrated cooling systems installation and acceptance at customer site when necessary
  • Promote and foster team spirit within the immediate team and across the organization


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, demonstrating successful project completion.

3. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

4. Proficient in project management software and tools.

5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

7. Knowledge of industry best practices and project management methodologies.

8. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
