You will be introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed, and that includes your leads.This position is responsible for daily appointments and inspections, and providing clients with detailed estimates. This is to include but not limited to sales, follow-ups, customer financing, customer care, customer service, and safety.Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to represent RCV, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.Inspect roofs and diagnose residential and/or commercial properties in all services offered- Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Attic Insulation, Soffit and FasciaClient and Adjuster meetingsMeasure, calculate and estimate products/services to be renderedFollow up calls to answer any questions about estimates sentFinance applications for clients with budget constraintsClosing meetings to obtain signed contracts to submit to office staffKnowledgeable about product options and warranty optionsBasic knowledge of installation/application of all services offeredDiplomatically resolve conflicts and protect the RCV brand and teamRepresent RCV at various trade, community, and charitable eventsResponsive and professional communication to clients and co-workersMake each job a success by achieving customer satisfaction and earning their recommendationAdhere to RCV Safety procedures and guidelinesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentValid driver's licensePass a background checkAbility to lift 50 lbs.Ability to climb ladders to access attics and roof tops to determine roof work needsPrevious roofing industry experience preferredDaily travel in the home marketExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and attireCommercial roofing experience a plusFirst-rate time management, organization, and attention to detail skillsAbility to exercise initiative and a considerable amount of independent judgment and dependabilityMilitary service is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompensation of $37k - $52k/annually, with potential to earn commissionMedical, Vision and Dental InsuranceCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) PlanPTO, Vacation and HolidaysMonthly Bonus eligibility after 90 days of employmentCompany truck and fuel provided for sales appointments (this is not a take home vehicle)
