Pay Range: $17 - $17.25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

- Outreach (telephonically) to members to obtain or relay information.
- Document call outcomes.
- 70+ documented calls a day
- 98%+ call quality
- 100% on time completion
- 45%+ success rate
- High quality customer service expectations.
- Skills-Call center, customer service, outbound calls.
- Call Center Experience (customer service skills, critical thinking positions).
- Strong Microsoft knowledge (excel, outlook, word).
- Call Center.
- Well Versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- High School Diploma.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Spanish Test :
- Note-Shift: 7:30am -7:00pm (MST) M-F (based on business needs) – No OT, no paid holidays, only allowed 3 days off per contract, 40 hours a week not guaranteed- depends on production demands.
