We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Litigation Attorney to join and help grow our Philadelphia office. This role requires a strong leader who is not only skilled in litigation but also has the vision and drive to expand the office. Responsibilities:

· Provide expert legal representation to insurance companies in civil litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, and contract disputes.

· Lead efforts to grow and develop the Philadelphia office, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking.

· Develop and implement effective legal strategies in collaboration with partners and other attorneys in the firm.

· Conduct thorough research and prepare high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

· Manage case preparation through trial, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers, acting as a key point of contact for the Philadelphia office.

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

· Experience in insurance defense.
