Their litigation team comprises of more than 700 experienced litigators who have dealt with over 3,000 trials and arbitrations over the last 10 years. Experience:


The desired candidate should have;

  • Four to six years of law firm experience.
  • Extensive experience analysing, researching and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgement and class certification motions, writs and appeals.
  • A solid academic performance and be in good standing with the PA State Bar.
  • Experience overseeing junior associates and paralegals and experience as lead associate in complex commercial litigation matters.
