LHH is working with one of the nations leading plaintiffs' litigation firms in their search for a Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably plaintiff-side, and be ready to jump in to support Partners on complex matters. This firm prides themselves on fighting for big causes that advance the greater good. They also pride themselves on mentorship and have a history of developing some of the strongest litigators in the country (contending with the likes of AmLaw firms on the defense side) The right candidate will be skilled in research and drafting of all litigation papers, handling discovery, working on depositions and motions, and communicating directly with clients and experts. MDL and mass torts/class actions experience is a plus. Knowledge or experience in defective products, pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, toxic substances, and corporate negligence also a plus. PA bar required.
