Position: E-commerce Manager
Almina Concept is seeking an E-commerce Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Execute and Manage Daily E-commerce Orders & Operations: Manage all daily orders in liaison with the warehouse ensuring timely shipments for our customer orders. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of shipments and recommend changes as needed. Reduce logistically issues. Manage incoming returns, label and send back to warehouse. Analyze returns and optimize new workflows to reduce return rate.
-Inventory: Manage inventory levels in Shopify and at our warehouse. Reconcile and audit warehouse inventory with monthly visits to the warehouse. Manage supply levels. Manage all PO’s and shipments coming from our international factories.
-Operational Activity: Organizing and maintaining documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports, to ensure all operational activities are well-documented. Assist with wholesale orders and shipments.
-Customer Service & CRM: Manage all customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and develop repeat customers. Manage customer service chats/e-mails/SMS and newly added channels. Develop new workflows and integrate new systems to manage customer service.
-Merchandise: Manage e-commerce photo shoots, steaming, shot list, and sample organization. Manage site merchandise, cross selling, product pages, copy for SEO, and suggest reorders based on WOH. Organize all clothing racks and manage all inventory and samples.
-Conversion: Manage and execute new system implementations to improve e-commerce conversion. Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns that promote the e-commerce conversion. Along with customer retention programs. Analyze website and sales data to identify trends, make informed business decisions to improve sales and conversion. Stay informed with current and industry trends, identifying areas for growth and expansion.
-Events: Assist with all brick-and-mortar pop up’s and PR events.
-Assist with special projects as needed
Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- A bachelor's degree in digital marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited university/college.
- 5+ years of experience in apparel e-commerce on Shopify.
- A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent client service, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Master in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite and PLM)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
Hybrid
Office: Downtown Los Angeles
