Given their customer-centric solutions and flexible approaches, this team is adept at scaling our services for clients seeking to modernize and build more agile, resilient, and scalable businesses.The Regional Sales Director (RSD) owns the sales process from beginning to end. This role will be focused on new logo development, with the potential to add existing customers over time, developing the territory through both channel partners and directly, and the RSD is ultimately tasked with quota retirement and revenue growth for Navisite. The RSD will need to work cross functionally to manage the sales engagements to closure. While working across Marketing, Presales Solution Architecture, and Operations (among other groups) as an individual contributor, the RSD must have a mastery of the sales process and deliver sales results with the highest degree of customer satisfaction.The Work:Drive net-new business within a defined territory or industry verticalDevelop and execute strategic account plans that align ServiceNow's value proposition with customer needsManage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closingCollaborate with internal teams including solution consultants, practice leads, marketing, alliance and partners to deliver compelling customer experiencesBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders (C-suite, IT leaders, etc.)Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)Stay current with ServiceNow offerings, industry trends, and competitorsTravel may be required for this role (the amount of travel will vary from 0% to 25% depending on business need and client requirements)Here's what you need:Minimum of 5 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or IT Service ManagementMinimum of 2 years of ServiceNow (or similar product) selling experienceMinimum of three years' experience building trusted partnerships with clients/customers (including providing guidance through complex functional and/or technical decisions) and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
