Job Description

The job will be on a team with focus on execution and maintenance of our global supply base. Execute key transactional initiatives and tasks to ensure compliance, accuracy and fidelity in our supplier contract management systems. Support and lead efforts to execute to our global strategic sourcing Annual Operating Plan. Interact with multiple internal and external facing organizations globally to coordinate and finalize tasks that align to our strategic initiatives.

  • Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management

  • Experience in Sourcing and Procurement
  • Demonstrated Business and financial acumen
  • Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools and Microsoft Suite of products
  • Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree


Roles and responsibility break down:

  • Commodity Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Commodity management and negotiation
  • NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) draft/signature/upload to systems
  • Draft Unilateral Letters, Novation’s, Assignments, Assumptions w/ Law & Contracts
  • Review Amendments prior to Signature to ensure fidelity
  • Create, Complete and submit Compliance Packages:
  • Compliance Pkg - ETRs (Extended Terms Request)
  • Compliance Pkg - Pull FAIRS
  • Compliance Pkg - Pull supplier scorecards
  • Compliance Pkg - SAP updates, including Min Order Qty, Price validation, Contract Validation & VMI validation
  • Compliance Pkg - Complete FRPJ (Fair and Reasonable Price Justification)
  • RFQ Package - Pull/Send drawings
  • Vendor Master Changes and Adds
  • Material Master Changes
  • Pull and validate part demand and historical receipts
  • Uploading Documents to our contract management tools
  • Initiate SCE (Should Cost) requests
  • Pull Platform details in designated systems
  • PO/Supplier Portal Issue resolution and submit corrections to our contract management tool
  • Support, run and analyze CID and BAA content analysis
