GSquared Group is currently partnered with one of our key enterprise clients, a leading player in the manufacturing space, to identify a skilled Technical Project Manager with a robust background in data science-based analytics and experience managing complex AI/ML projects.


Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in data analytics and AI/ML, particularly within the marketing domain. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects concurrently, guiding a team of project managers, and ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven insights and solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple technical projects related to data analytics and AI/ML from initiation through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Provide oversight and mentorship to a team of lower-level project managers. Offer guidance on project planning, execution, and problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, marketing experts, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Data Analytics Oversight: Oversee data science-based analytics projects, ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively integrated into marketing strategies and business processes.
  • AI/ML Integration: Manage the development and implementation of AI/ML models, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. Proactively address issues and challenges as they arise.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders. Track project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Advocate for best practices in project management, data analytics, and AI/ML. Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement within the team.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the data analytics and AI/ML space, with a strong focus on marketing analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding and mentoring project management teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
