Job Title: Principal Technical Services, PSO, PSS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Technical Services, PSO, PSS to join our team at Manhattan Associates. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for managing technical projects, overseeing the identification and resolution of technical problems, and developing and testing interfaces between multiple Manhattan products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical projects from inception to installation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee the identification and resolution of technical problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and test interfaces between multiple Manhattan products, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with system engineering, product development, and related teams to improve customer technology and manage technical sessions, infrastructure, and status meetings.
  • Manage modification development and ensure the quality of technical deliverables.
  • Oversee the technical project team to proactively identify and resolve critical issues.
Requirements:
  • Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Five years of experience in the position offered or five years of post-bachelor's experience in a software-related technical field.
  • Three years of experience developing web services in product integration technologies and Oracle Integration Tools.
  • Two years of experience developing interfaces in XSLT, XSL, XML, or SOAP.
  • Two years of experience developing with SQL, writing simple tools and utilities in Java, and developing in Oracle or DB2 database systems.
