Position Overview:

The Collateral AVP will assist the VP of Collateral in the daily oversight; including process approvals related to Collateral Operations. Collateral Operations consists of the following but not limited to: Collateral Call Issuance for Variation Margin and REG Initial Margin, Variation Exposure, Material Terms and Initial Margin Reconciliation, and Dispute escalation and resolution processing.


Required Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience of Collateral Management Operations specific to the Variation Margin and Reg Initial Margin process governed under Dodd Frank, CFTC, SEC (SBS) and ISDA regulations and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of derivatives product knowledge including but not limited to the following Asset Classes: Foreign Exchange, Rates, Credit and Equities; covered swaps and securities-based swaps (Commodities swaps a plus)
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent service to internal and external customers


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to SmartStream TLM Collateral, TriOptima triResolve, AcadiaSoft Plus (Agreement Manager, Margin Manager, IM Exposure Manager, and Marginsphere) and Broadridge is desired.
  • OPS Series 99 or Series 7
