Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing food manufacturer in the Mebane area who is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working day shift, 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse lead will determine shipping priorities and set shipping schedules
  • Lead will maintain inventory accuracy of stocked items through cycle counts and audits
  • Lead will identify and correct shipping/receiving documentation, labeling, and process issues and discrepancies
  • Lead will assign carriers based on price, service, and timing
  • Lead will track cycle count adjustments to identify trends and work on continuous improvement efforts
  • Lead will ensure all GMP procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 6+ years experience working in warehouse and logistics environments
  • Candidates must have a solid knowledge shipping using Fedex, UPS, DHL; international shipping background preferred
  • Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Candidates must have a STRONG attention to detail, possess strong organizational skills and communication skills
  • Candidates with food distribution background a plus
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent
