OBJECTIVE: This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with account Sales specialists to efficiently manage order processing, invoice handling, and procurement for Private Label orders sourced from international factories, while meticulously preparing essential documentation.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Order Management: Receive, review, and process international orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

· Supplier and Vendor Communication: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods, resolve any issues or delays, and maintain strong relationships.

· Have a clear understanding of the supply chain process for direct container shipping from overseas to customers using a logistic portal designated by customers such as G.T. Nexus or AGL

· Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order and shipment management, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, customer service, QC, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any customer issues or inquiries.

· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to international orders and shipments, such as delays, damages, or compliance issues.

· Able to communicate with vendors, customer service, and clients with the highest level of professionalism.

· Works closely with the QC team overseas to address quality issues with vendors.

· Maintain and updated various data management systems (such as PO ETA’s and or production delays to the appropriate team)

· Ensures the details of purchase transactions are carried out in a timely and accurate fashion.

· Works with distribution requirements planning (DRP) processes and operations.

· Reconcile receipts, packing slips, invoices, and POS’s

· Participating in special projects and performing other duties as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

· High level of proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookup); proficiency in Microsoft Office

· AA Degree or BA/BS Degree or 2-3 yrs. experience in related field

· Proven experience in international order and shipment management, preferably in a global organization.

· Excellent communication and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

· Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

· Proficiency in using order management systems and logistics software.

· Reliable and punctual; professional demeanor
