Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.

Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including revenue projections, expense analysis, and variance reporting.

Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and strategic investments.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses for management review and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications preferred.

possesses both Japanese and English communication skills.

Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role in the international logistics, Freight Forwarders, or related industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, Excel

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on driving results, fostering teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
