Job Summary

Ryde Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing various functions related to the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the month-end closing process, including reconciling assigned accounts, preparing and posting general journal entries, and performing other accounting duties as required.
  • Support the Senior Controller and Controller in the preparation of monthly financial statements, revenue and expense analysis, and year-end audit.
  • Collaborate with staff accountants, accounts payable, and controllers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Senior Controller, including financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the EVP, Finance and the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • 1-2 years of public accounting experience, with a total of 3-5 years of audit/general ledger accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of data processing capabilities and procedures.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
