· The selected candidate will help with day-to-day activities of test planning, execution and defect management as an embedded scum team

member following the sprint schedule.

· Helps automate the tests and focuses on automating the regression tests after each sprint.

· Helps with manual test planning, execution and defect management as needed.

· Communicate with other scrum team members daily.

· Sending daily status reports and creating test plans for each PI.

· Attend scrum events (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospectives).

· Communicate with the test leads and follow the defined process set in place by QA.


Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

· Follow the QA process set in place.

· Communicate with the Scrum Team, speak up, and use scrum platforms if processes are not followed.

· Manual test planning, execution, defect management and Back-end automation

· Automate the regression suite after each sprint.


Required Skills/Experience: Preferred Skills/ Experience:

1. Back-end Automation

1. DbVisualizer

2. Quality Assurance and Defect management

2. MongoDB

3. API and database testing


Education Requirement: IT Degree/Diploma Education Preferred:

Software Skills Required: ReadyAPI, Postman, Cypress, databases


Required Certifications: Automation Certification a plus Required Testing: qTest, HP
