Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, SFDC-Scrum Master

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.


Responsibilities

· Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration among team members.

· Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project goals, requirements, and priorities, while keeping a strong focus on delivering value to our customers and the institution.

· Identify and address any impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure a smooth development process.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, capturing feedback, and implementing actionable changes to enhance team performance and product quality.

· Utilize your strong communication skills to ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks early and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills

· Graduation from any stream, must have sound knowledge of Agile.

· Salesforce experience is must to have

· Candidate must be hands on in leading daily scrum calls, review calls, sprint planning etc.

· Scrum Certification is a Must (CSM, PSM)

· Must be familiar with IT operations and have a good knowledge of Technology Services as a whole.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Working experience as Scrum Master.

· Expertise in Jira like tools. Azure Board is a MUST

· Knowledge of Salesforce and OMS is the plus

· Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Project, Access, Teams and Word.

· Excellent working knowledge of various project management tools and life cycle methodologies.


Act as a knowledge leader and Agile advocate, guiding and coaching our development teams, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
