Superintendent Ground MultifamilyMy client is an Indianapolis-based general contractor providing full-service multifamily construction, design-build, and construction management services. Founded by experienced industry leaders, the firm is known for quality craftsmanship, strong repeat-client relationships, and a collaborative approach to project delivery, frequently partnering with developers on pro forma-driven projects while emphasizing hands-on leadership, the use of construction technology such as Procore, and a commitment to on-time, on-budget execution.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will:Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and establish next-day prioritiesCoordinate and schedule subcontractors, confirm scopes of work, and ensure all trades align with the critical pathOversee subcontractor performance through daily check-ins while enforcing contractual requirements and safety standardsLead toolbox talks and perform routine safety inspections to maintain a compliant and safe job-siteReview and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports using ProcoreVerify material deliveries, inspect installations, and proactively resolve workmanship or sequencing issuesLead trade coordination meetings and clearly communicate schedule, quality, and scope updates to the project teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
