Project Executive Multifamily Construction Our client is a well-established and highly respected general contractor with a strong presence across the Midwest. With ambitious growth plans ahead, this is an exciting time to become part of their expanding team. Job Description Provide executive-level leadership and direction for multiple multifamily projects. Oversee project managers, superintendents, and support staff to ensure alignment with company goals. Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards across all phases of construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Drive collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. The Successful Applicant 10-15+ years of progressive experience in commercial or multifamily construction. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams. Expertise in preconstruction planning, project execution, and closeout. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across internal departments and external partners. Strategic mindset with experience scaling operations and driving growth. Commitment to quality, safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This individual will be instrumental in shaping the construction strategy, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.
