With ambitious growth plans ahead, this is an exciting time to become part of their expanding team.Job DescriptionProvide executive-level leadership and direction for multiple multifamily projects. Oversee project managers, superintendents, and support staff to ensure alignment with company goals. Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards across all phases of construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Drive collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams. Expertise in preconstruction planning, project execution, and closeout. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across internal departments and external partners. Strategic mindset with experience scaling operations and driving growth. Commitment to quality, safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
