This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and set up computer hardware at designated locations.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and drivers.
  • Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
  • Provide technical support to customers during and after installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.
  • Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.
  • Travel to various locations within Franklin and surrounding counties for installations.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including hardware setup, software installation, and driver configuration.
  • Strong experience with Windows OS and the Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in computer installation or a related field is preferred.

Additional Information: This position involves travel within Franklin and surrounding counties. Candidates must be willing and able to commute as required.
